VENUE PARKING
Parking Instructions:
- When you turn into the Alliance Office Towers complex, drive forward until the Three Alliance Center building appears on your right.
- Pull into the garage marked “3AC” or “Three Alliance Center”, and take a ticket. You may park in any space that is not marked “reserved” - Do not Park in “Visitor Reserved” spaces.
- Follow the building entrance signs “Building Entry,” then take the elevators up (or down) to the lobby level; the lobby level floor has a star next to the letter “L.”
- Once you exit the elevators, make an immediate right; the conference center sits next to the gym.
- Upon registration, meeting attendees will receive a three (3) hour validation ticket to be used in conjunction with their parking entry ticket.
- After three hours, each guest will have to pay the fee reflected below:
- 0 – 30 minutes: $3.00
- Each Additional 15 minutes: $2.00
- No cash accepted, only credit card

Tim Huffman is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Data Center Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in data center operations and telephony, he focuses on providing advisory and transaction services for clients requiring complex data center and technology solutions.
As a global leader in advisory and transaction services of data center real estate, Mr. Huffman provides clients with expert services in the areas of data center acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, adaptative reuse and greenfield development. The presentation will highlight market statics on Enterprise and Colocation data centers i the Atlanta Market along with details on power, connectivity, tax incentives and other related topics.
As a Grammy nominated recording artist, Tim is still active with his musical pursuits and has recorded or performed with musical talents, such as Jimmy Buffett, Hall & Oates, Zac Brown Band, Graham Nash, Allman Brothers, and Kansas.

With extensive experience in both newly constructed and existing “live-site” data centers and critical facilities, Brandon specializes in functional performance verification and troubleshooting of complex electrical distribution systems, and integrated building systems commissioning. He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Join Brandon Sedgwick as he presents some of the installation-related problems and failures he has encountered and describes some means and methods of evaluating existing installations to determine if potential problems are imminent or likely to occur.
