Guests will park in the visitors parking lot adjacent to the building (leff of the building as you enter Ralph McGill Blvd) Guest are encouraged to car pool or use ride share service (lyft/Uber) if possible and convenient, as parking is somewhat limited. In the event that parking becomes full, one of the Georgia Power Security Officers will then be on site to help offer additional parking options.

Speaker:
David Rewitzer - Safety Services Manager at Hood Patterson & Dewar
Biography:
With more than 25-year of experience, Dave specializes in power distribution systems and electrical safety for data centers, large campuses, commercial and industrial facilities, and healthcare institutions.
Dave is an OSHA-authorized General Industry trainer who leads the safety services program at HP&D, offering safety program consulting, power systems studies, safety audits and inspections, and training. With classroom, web-based, and on-site programs, Dave and his team teach a wide range of engineering and safety topics such as energy management, arc flash hazard awareness, electrical safety, CPR, fall protection, and general workplace safety.
Dave holds a BSEE from Tennessee State University and an MSEE from Kansas State University. He is the vice chair of the IEEE IAS-Atlanta chapter and serves on the IEEE-IAS Electric Safety Committee and the IEEE-1584 voting committee.
